It's an excellent dish for a hot summer.

Ingredients serves: 4-8

  • One half lettuce
  • 1 packet of mini tomatoes
  • 1 packet of OKURAs (Okra)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 peace of garlic
  • 2 cans tomato juice
  • 1 can comsomme soup
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

1) Prepare a big bowl, rub a section of the garlic on the bowl to give the bowl a garlic taste.

2) Rinse the lettuce and drain well.

*: This drainer in this picture is a Swiss brand called Zyliss. 25 cm in diameter.

3) Chop vegetables into small pieces, they can then be scooped up with a spoon. Put them in the bowl.

4) Sprinkle salt lightly, add some olive oil and then mix well.

5) There is a knack to covering each vegetable with oil.

6) Put a few ice cubes in the center of the bowl and pour tomato juice and comsomme soup onto the ice cubes at the same time.

Mix lightly and it's finished.
