It's an excellent dish for a hot summer.

Ingredients serves: 4-8
|1) Prepare a big bowl, rub a section of the garlic on the bowl to give the bowl a garlic taste.|
2) Rinse the lettuce and drain well.
*: This drainer in this picture is a Swiss brand called Zyliss. 25 cm in diameter.
|3) Chop vegetables into small pieces, they can then be scooped up with a spoon. Put them in the bowl.|
4) Sprinkle salt lightly, add some olive oil and then mix well.
5) There is a knack to covering each vegetable with oil.|
6) Put a few ice cubes in the center of the bowl and pour tomato juice and comsomme soup onto the ice cubes at the same time.
Mix lightly and it's finished.
